Usage Instructions for silicone potting compound:

1. Preparation:Clean surfaces to be potted, ensuring they are free of grease and dust.

2. Mixing:Precisely weigh components A and B in a 1:1 ratio by weight. Mix thoroughly in one direction until uniform in color.

3. Deaeration (Optional):For best results, vacuum degas the mixed compound (-0.095MPa, 5-10 minutes).

4. Potting:Slowly pour the compound into the assembly, allowing it to flow and fill naturally.

5. Curing:Allow to cure at room temperature, or heat at 80°C to accelerate the process.

Important Notes for silicone potting compound:

Always stir components A and B separately in their original containers before use.

Stir in one direction to avoid mixing in excessive air bubbles.

Strictly avoid contact with condensation-cure silicone rubbers, epoxy resins, or polyurethanes to prevent inhibition of cure ("poisoning").

Reseal containers immediately after use and store in a cool, dry place.
